Download the official-source schedule as an ICS file for Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook. Times use Sydney daylight saving. A downloaded file is a snapshot; import a fresh copy if the schedule changes.

JSON API

Read-only endpoints return JSON with source URLs and verification dates. Inspect each response’s provenance and stale status before using it: checked-in fallback data is labelled, and a failed database request can return 503. Cache successful responses briefly and follow their cache headers.

  • /api/v1/current — Current cash rate target, next meeting, latest decision and verified market pricing.
  • /api/v1/decisions — Every cash rate decision. Optional ?year=YYYY and ?limit=N (1–500).
  • /api/v1/meetings — The RBA meeting calendar, with decision times in UTC and Sydney time.
  • /api/v1/economy — Latest CPI, trimmed mean, unemployment and wage price index readings with release dates.

Add the next RBA decision to your site

A small card with the next decision date, a countdown and the current cash rate. It updates automatically and links readers to the full details. Paste this where you want it to appear:

Sources and reuse

Cash rate and meeting data come from the Reserve Bank of Australia; economic data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Credit the original source when reusing their statistics. The current-data endpoint also includes sourced ASX market pricing when available; its presence does not grant permission to republish ASX material.

Suggested attribution: “Source: Reserve Bank of Australia; compiled by RBADay” for cash rate records, and “Source: Australian Bureau of Statistics; displayed by RBADay” for economic observations. Keep the original source link, reference period and verification status alongside reused values.
